Return & Refund Policy
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.
- Timeframe: You have 60 days from receipt to request a return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
- Inspection and Approval: We'll inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method which takes up to 7 days.
Shipping
- Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Lost/Damaged: Consider using a trackable service or purchasing insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your item.
Exchanges
- Items: We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and some health/personal care items are also non-returnable.
- Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
